Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all documents are accurately typed and formatted.

Duties

  • Accurately type and format various documents including reports.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is correctly inputted.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a typing or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Competence in using computer software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently.

This vacancy is for remote work, i.e. the successful candidate will work from their home. Working hours are up to candidate dependent on our client deadlines (e.g. you work the hours you want to around your existing commitments). Total number of working hours up to candidate. Training will be provided via MS Teams. Candidate must have their own PC/laptop and Microsoft Word.
