  • Assist with content accuracy checks and audience acquisition for media-related projects.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and support quarterly meetings.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to further organizational goals.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and good judgment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of five years of office experience supporting multiple leaders and external parties.
