Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Professional Image: Maintain a professional, confident, and enthusiastic approach to build trust and rapport with customers.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on products and services, policies, and procedures to offer comprehensive customer assistance.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle customer requests efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Bilingual: Preferred but not required.
