Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of the brand, assisting customers with a variety of travel-related inquiries and requests, including changing travel plans, confirming itineraries, processing refunds, and solving travel issues. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule within our operating hours, ensuring work-life balance.

Hours of Operation
8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days a week. You’ll use a self-scheduling platform to choose when you work, within these hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their travel inquiries and issues.
  • Review customer history and provide detailed assistance based on their needs.
  • Help customers change travel plans, confirm itineraries, and process refunds.
  • Place outbound calls to travel partners like hotels and rental car agencies as necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes accurately.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to resolve issues efficiently.

About You

  • Required Experience: Previous customer service experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in the travel industry or familiarity with travel products and services.
  • Skills & Traits:
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen and communicate clearly.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations.
    • Empathy, patience, and professionalism in interactions with customers.
    • Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and multiple applications.

  • Internet: High-speed, hardwired connection (no Wi-Fi or satellite).
  • Operating System: Windows 10.
  • Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz or higher.
  • Memory: 8GB of RAM.
  • Storage: 256GB hard drive.
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome.
  • Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of 1920 x 1080 resolution.
  • Headset: USB noise-canceling headset.
  • Other: Up-to-date anti-virus software.
