Job Responsibilities:
- Client-Facing Role: Serve as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment.
- Service Requests: Respond to client inquiries, including enrollment and billing issues.
- First-Call Resolution: Aim for 90-95% first-call resolution by addressing issues accurately.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support group administration tasks.
- Customer Service: Maintain a strong client-facing orientation with excellent service skills.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Prior call center experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop technical knowledge.
- Excellent client-facing and customer service abilities.
- Preferred:
- Experience with process improvement and root-cause analysis.
- Willingness to comply with hybrid work policies if living near a suitable work location.
