Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible LICSW to join our growing team in Leominster, MA. Currently, we are conducting telehealth appointments, allowing flexibility to work from home, and plan to offer a mix of in-person and virtual visits in the future. Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy sessions to clients (17 years and older) via telehealth, with the potential for in-person visits in the future.
Comfortably work with a large Medicare population and provide therapy to older adults.
Manage a caseload of clients, maintaining accurate and timely documentation within the allotted session time.
Option to lead and manage therapy groups if you have group therapy experience.
Engage in telehealth visits as the primary mode of service delivery, with some in-person work once the office reopens in limited capacity.
Participate in a team-based environment, with administrative support available until noon on Fridays for virtual sessions.
Ensure that patient care is personalized, compassionate, and professional at all times.

Qualifications:

Required: Active LICSW license in Massachusetts.
Preferred: Additional licenses in other states are a bonus (helps expand therapy services to more patients).
Experience working with older adults, particularly with Medicare populations.
Comfortable with telehealth and a flexible schedule for in-person visits.
EMDR certification or experience is highly valued, but not required.
Experience in running therapy groups is a plus as we may look to expand group offerings.
Strong commitment to long-term patient care and building a stable practice.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving work conditions and schedules.
