ss role at Hinge Health is focused on leading a team that manages client relationships and drives success in Hinge Health’s digital musculoskeletal (MSK) solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of 4+ Client Success Managers and Associates. Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development efforts.
Client Retention & Success: Maintain high client satisfaction and retention while collaborating on strategic and complex accounts.
Revenue & Product Expansion: Drive revenue through partnership with Enrollment Marketing and ensure high adoption of new products.
Customer Advocacy: Lead initiatives that turn clients into advocates and work with Sales and Marketing teams for sales references.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 6+ years in enterprise account management and team management; startup experience is a plus.
Relationship-Building: Ability to build authentic relationships and challenge clients with insights, not just vendor solutions.
Strategic Influence: Navigate complex client needs and communicate effectively to internal teams.
Results-Oriented: Focus on long-term value and measurable outcomes. Ability to allocate resources effectively to move the needle.
Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day operations.
